Lead EMEA Sales Expansion
Tines powers some of the world's most important workflows, and as a sales leader, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion.
This leadership role will assist Tines to continue its expansion. You will report directly into our Chief Revenue Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a thriving sales team who are trusted advisors to new and existing customers
* Foster an inclusive environment with a culture of coaching and feedback
* Win new clients and expand existing customers with support from partnership, marketing, sales engineering & business development
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience managing, coaching, developing and mentoring SaaS sales teams
* Candidates must have fluency in English and either German or French. Alternatively, fluency in English and any two other European languages is acceptable
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven experience managing SaaS sales / Account Executive teams
* Results Orientated: Proven success consistently performing against quotas and metrics
Location: Within proximity to Dublin City Centre to be in the office at least 2-3 days a week
