Excel Recruitment is seeking a Production Manager to lead an Embroidery & Logo Printing Department for a well-established manufacturer and supplier.
This is a hands-on managerial role overseeing a small team, ensuring efficient production processes and consistently high-quality output for customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, train, and develop the production team
2. Manage day-to-day embroidery and logo printing operations
3. Ensure all orders meet quality and customer branding standards
4. Monitor and control departmental costs; report performance to senior management
5. Oversee machine maintenance, consumables, and supplier relationships
6. Drive workflow improvements, operational efficiency, and on-time delivery
Requirements
7. 3+ years' experience in embroidery, logo printing, or garment decoration
8. Strong technical knowledge of embroidery/print machinery and production processes
9. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience
10. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
