As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will:
1. Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
2. Manage multichannel interactions to ensure a consistent customer experience
3. Learn how to use software solutions specific to the IT / Telecommunications industry that improve people’s lives
4. Effectively manage all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
5. Grow with the team and share achievements together
We’ll be a great match if you:
* Are native or proficient in both Italian & English, French, German, or Spanish
* Are available to work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (1-hour break)
* Focus on proactivity, self-motivation, and a solution-oriented mindset within a team
