You'll be responsible for ensuring our website and connected marketing channels optimise what's working — all while contributing to wider marketing strategy and supporting the team with leadership-level thinking.This role is based fully onsite in Mullan Village, Monaghan.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and sales targetsCollaborate with product development, sales, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectivesOwn and optimise the performance of the company website to meet traffic, engagement, and conversion goalsUse data and analytics tools to monitor performance, identify drop-off points, and implement improvementsCollaborate across teams (brand, paid media, product, sales) to ensure consistent and effective user journeys from every touchpointBuild and report on KPIs — including conversion rates, lead generation, bounce rates, and user engagement metricsIdentify gaps or under-leveraged areas across digital channels and propose strategies to capitalise on existing traffic and audience behaviourSupport marketing management in leading strategic initiatives and ensuring projects are delivered throughContribute to marketing strategy across all touchpoints: paid media, organic content, CRM, email, social, and moreStay current on digital marketing best practices and toolsQualifications:Experience in digital marketing with a focus on website performance, analytics, or growthProven track record of hitting marketing performance targets (traffic, leads, conversions)Ability to interpret data, create reports, and communicate findingsLeadership qualities or prior experience mentoring or leading othersA curious, test-and-learn mindset with the drive to improve and iterateNice to Have:Experience in B2B or high-conversion-focused environmentsBasic HTML/CSS understanding is a plusPaid Ad Campaigns knowledgeInterested or want to learn more?
