Job Title: Accounts Manager
Location: Co Kildare, Ireland
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key duties:
* Accounts Management: Bringing accounts to a close monthly and ensuring all reconciliations are fully complete.
* Financial Reporting: Generating reports and distributing them to partners, overseeing action needed to be taken on same.
* Year-End Accounts: Assisting with year-end financial close, including liaising with external auditors.
* Daily Banking: Managing daily banking activities, dealing with banks regarding account openings, closures, charges, and other matters.
* Billing and Invoices: Processing billing and invoices in a timely manner.
* Office Operations: Maintaining human resources files and overseeing general office operations.
Requirements:
* Accounting Qualifications: Accounting Technician IATI or equivalent qualification.
* Experience: 3 to 4 years' experience in an accounts position.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with VAT rates and VAT reporting obligations, online banking processes, and solicitor's accounts regulations.
Essential Skills: Proactive and professional attitude.
