Location: Dublin | On-site with a prestigious client, Maynooth University
Reports to: Contract Manager
Team Size: 50+ operatives
Contract: Permanent | Full-time (Mon–Fri, 40h, Flexibility required), immediate start
Hourly Pay rate: €19.23
Salary: 40k per annum
Role Summary:
Bidvest Noonan is hiring an Assistant Cleaning Manager to support cleaning operations at a high-profile client site. You'll help lead a large team, ensure service standards are met, and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Cleaning Manager :
* Support daily cleaning operations and team supervision
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (COSHH, BICSc)
* Conduct audits and implement corrective actions
* Manage equipment and maintain documentation
* Assist with training, induction, and staff development
* Prepare reports and support payroll duties
* Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction
* Be hands-on and flexible, including occasional weekend work
Key Requirements of the Assistant Cleaning Manager :
* 3+ years in cleaning management or similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Knowledge of industrial cleaning and Microsoft Office
* Experience in corporate environments
* Passionate about people and service excellence
