This is a unique opportunity to make an impact across the organisation in a shared HR Officer position. You will be based in the office but may need to travel between sites as required.
Job Description:
* Manage all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, absence management and employee relations issues.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver key initiatives that contribute positively towards business objectives. This includes delivering induction training for new employees and planning organisational development opportunities for existing staff members.
The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of employment law within ROI and UK jurisdictions. This should enable them efficiently manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus on goals set by senior management.,
To succeed you must possess effective communication skills along with excellent problem-solving abilities. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft suite software applications would also be advantageous for this role.
