You will also contribute to administrative and marketing tasks that ensure the studio runs efficiently.Your performance will be evaluated quarterly based on a mix of quantitative and qualitative indicators, with direct feedback from the Studio Owner.Working Hours & CompensationSchedule: 4 days per week, 30 hours in total (Wednesday to Saturday, from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM), with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break (typically from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM).Compensation: €22,000 annual base salary plus up to €1,000 performance-based bonus (On-Target Earnings: €23,000). The bonus is paid quarterly based on KPIs and contribution to studio success.Key ResponsibilitiesStudio OperationsOpen and close the studio (Cash register, keys, daily checklists)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environmentManage bookings, payments, emails, phone, and social media messagesRestock aftercare and front desk supplies; prepare basic artist needsPrepare and manage daily stock and supply needs, Run small errands if needed.Receive and check deliveries; manage basic inventory.Collect and forward invoices to accounting every month.Log payment and stock data; compile weekly operational reportsCustomer & Artist ExperienceWelcome clients warmly and guide them through the entire studio processEnsure smooth check-in/check-out, including payments and aftercare guidanceAddress customer issues or questions; escalate when neededMaintain a professional, service-minded attitudeOffer practical support to artists throughout the day (bookings, photos/videos assistance)Content & VisibilityCapture photo and video content regularly (with client consent)Organize and send weekly media packages to the HQ social media managerRecruitment & Staffing SupportFilter and organize artist applicationsHelp coordinate interviews and trial sessions with the teamHelp schedule interviews with candidates in managers' agendas.Support onboarding and orientation of new team members or guestsPerformance EvaluationQuarterly reviews will assess your contribution based on:10 Google Reviews per week10 Aftercare product sales per weekRevenue objectives defined with the Studio Owner / HQStudio cleanliness and operational standardsClient and artist satisfactionFrequency and quality of content providedProactive involvement in staffing and studio coordinationYou will also check in with HQ weekly to share updates and receive feedback.An initial evaluation will take place after the first month, followed by quarterly reviews.Ideal ProfileWe are looking for someone who brings:Reliability and consistencyStrong organizational and communication skills (English required)A multitasking, solution-oriented mindsetConfidence with basic tech tools (Google Drive, Instagram, email)Interest in creative environments and client interactionBonus: experience with photo/video content, Canva, CapCut, or ReelsJob Type: Part-timePay: €23,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 30 per weekLanguage:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
