Deployment automation and version control for infrastructureProficient in building contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and prompts in Amazon Connect.Experience in speech services (Lex, Polly), CTI/CRM integration, and SAML-based authentication.Familiarity with contact center operations and ITIL/ITSM frameworksStrong communication and stakeholder managementAWS Certification (AWS certified solution architect -associate/professional)Degree/Diploma in computer science, Information systems or relevant.Relevant experience in implementing Contact Centre solutionsPreferred experience in working with Amazon connect implementations
