Reperio has partnered with a leading organisation undergoing a major Agile transformation, seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join their Agile Delivery team on a 6-month rolling contract.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work at the core of a large-scale Agile Release Train, facilitating cross-team collaboration, continuous delivery, and value flow. The position provides flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs, and system demos
* Drive the flow of value using Agile tools and frameworks (SAFe, Kanban)
* Collaborate with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and Engineering to manage risks and dependencies
* Promote Agile best practices and ensure alignment across teams
* Lead Inspect & Adapt workshops and continuous improvement initiatives
* Serve as a servant leader and coach across the Agile Release Train
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer in complex, enterprise-level environments
* Strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); SAFe RTE certification is highly desirable
* Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
* Experience with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Rally)
* Ability to work independently and influence without authority
