This role is part of our Cover-More Europe team. Cover-More Europe provides insurance solutions through a number of different customer-facing brands across travel, car hire, specialty, and pet sectors in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe. For more than twenty years, we have been delivering insurance policies through our distribution partnerships. We know what is important to our partners, and we deliver simple and seamless customer experiences based on our genuine commitment to protection and care.

What you'll be doing:

In this role, you'll work closely with our TPA partners to deliver a fantastic claims service for our customers. You'll manage the monthly claims governance processes (BDX, Conduct MI and Float) to ensure that claims operations are delivered smoothly and in line with expectations delivering excellent customer outcomes.

1. You'll process monthly BDX files, perform data quality and other governance checks, feeding back and working with TPAs to resolve any queries as required.
2. You'll complete monthly and quarterly Claims Float processes.
3. You'll review monthly conduct MI with TPAs, understanding any areas where KPIs are not met and working with TPAs to build action plans to address any gaps in performance.
4. You'll act as a technical referral point for any escalations from TPAs, further escalating to insurers as required.
5. You'll analyse trends and patterns of the claim's portfolio.

What skills and experience you'll bring on this journey:

6. You'll have solid proven experience of managing Travel and Assistance Claims for personal lines and commercial customers.
7. You'll hold the APA or CIP qualification.
8. You'll be experienced in being a point of escalation for complex / high value claims and assistance queries.
9. You'll be competent in working with TPA service relationships, including managing performance issues and remediation actions.
10. You'll have Sourcing, vendor and relationship management skills, including experience of, managing and overseeing critical third parties and monitoring and reporting performance against quality and service delivery metrics.
11. You'll be able to influence outcomes in diverse and virtual stakeholder environments to achieve outstanding performance while maintaining trusted relationships.
