The main responsibility for this role will be to manage the everyday running of the Restaurant and deliver exceptional customer service to customers with a strong emphasis on Food & Beverage.

Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience working in a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor environment.
* 1-2 years of experience working in a busy 4*/5* hotel restaurant.
* A strong background in Food & Beverage is essential for this role.
* Excellent Communication, Organisational, Interpersonal, and Time Management skills.
* Be well-presented with a hands-on attitude.
* Experience with arranging events and functions.
* Flexible to work hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
