Our client, located just outside of Kildare Town is looking to hire an Office Administrator on a 6 month contract ASAP.
As an Office Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the business—managing bookings, engaging with customers, and ensuring every interaction is smooth and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Manage booking systems, payments, and invoicing
Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and databases
Assist with website updates and social media content
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3-4 years previous experience
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service, administration, or sales (preferred)
Comfortable using email, Excel, CRM systems, and social media
Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented
The Package
€19 per hour
37.5 hours per week
Hybrid - 3 days remote / 2 days from office but needs to be flexible
