Cleantech Civils is expanding and looking for a
Quantity Surveyor
to join our growing team, supporting projects across
Dublin, Kildare, and Bray
.

Responsibilities
Financial reporting including CVRs.
Report into the Commercial Director.
Processing of timely submissions for payment.
Liaising with Project managers to ensure beneficial outcomes on all projects.
Selection Criteria / Person Specification
Relevant Third Level Qualification/Equivalent.
Experience with subcontractor package preparation and procurement.
Post contract subcontract management experience, including valuations/final account negotiations.
Ability to multi-task across projects.
Strong commercial awareness and excellent client liaison skills.
Ideally 3+ years' Commercial experience working for a main contractor with a civil engineering background and experience with various types of contract forms.
