External Fulfillment supports EU Retail Operations in identifying the best ways to fulfill products that Amazon FCs (Fulfillment Centers) cannot currently support. External Fulfillment works with retail teams, Network Planning, and Operations to prioritize solutions and coordinate integration with 3PL partners.
The Emerging Markets Program Manager will lead launch and improvement projects for new countries within the External Fulfillment team. You will collaborate with Retail, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Fulfillment Operations teams to develop flexible, customer-centric fulfillment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead expansion projects within European External Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and Transportation to support growth.
* Develop and implement technical solutions for new 3PL nodes and alternative fulfillment options beyond traditional Amazon FCs.
* Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
* Prioritize projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
* Ensure resource availability and requirements are met for each integration.
* Participate in contract negotiations with external fulfillment partners.
* Maintain effective communication across teams and with external partners.
* Support partner relations from project initiation through execution, including training on Amazon processes.
* Work with technical teams to deliver customer-focused, scalable, and auditable features.
* Own project components and demonstrate accountability.
About the Team
EUCF Flex and Specialty (FSF) provides innovative, cost-effective fulfillment solutions across Europe, leveraging remote operations, specialized facilities, and strategic partnerships. The team manages specialty product handling, same-day delivery through Micro-Fulfillment nodes, low-cost peak capacity, and network expansion in emerging markets.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in program or project management
* Ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements
* Experience managing program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership
* Experience in the EU Logistics Market
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, HR, or related fields
* Experience leading process improvements
* Commercial experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics
