I'm partnering with a
rocket-ship tech scale-up
to appoint a
Senior People Manager
into a newly created, leadership-level role. This is a
hands-on, high-impact opportunity
for a senior People leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is exceptionally strong in
ER
, and wants to help scale a business that is moving
very
quickly.
This is not a steady-state HR role. This is a
build, fix, scale and future-proof
mandate.

Your Core Focus
Employee Relations & Employment Law
* Own complex ER cases end-to-end, including exits, performance issues, sick leave and sensitive employee matters
* Be the
go-to expert on Irish employment law
— confident, pragmatic and commercially minded
* Navigate multi-jurisdiction employment law exposure across Europe
* Build ER frameworks that are robust but fit a scale-up environment
People Leadership & Scale
* Define and execute a People strategy aligned to rapid growth
* Act as a trusted advisor to founders and senior leaders
* Bring clarity and consistency where structure is currently immature
* Balance speed, culture and risk in a scaling business
* Remain hands-on while building a function that will scale globally
Talent, Culture & Employer Brand
* Design hiring systems that work across regions and time zones
* Strengthen employer brand as a talent advantage
* Embed performance management, progression and compensation frameworks
* Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, feedback and high performance
About You
Essential
* 7–10+ years' experience in senior HR / People leadership roles
* Exceptional ER / IR experience
— this is core to the role
* Strong, practical knowledge of Irish employment law
* Experience supporting international, distributed teams
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making judgement calls
* Commercial, credible and confident at leadership table
Highly Desirable
* Exposure to
German employment law
* Experience in tech scale-ups or high-growth environments
* Familiarity with modern HR tech and remote workforce tools
* Exposure to US expansion or employment models
