Job Responsibilities
1. Developing supportive working relationships with the project partnership.
2. Hold regular planned and ad-hoc meetings, (in person, on site and remote) as support is needed.
3. Devise a "Support and Development plan" for each delivery partnership based on consultation and need.
4. Develop and deliver partnership-specific sessions on emerging themes from the development plan.
5. Facilitate linkages, networking, and collaboration between project partnerships.
6. Act as a resource for information and signposting.
7. Develop and deliver regional cluster group sessions focusing on cross-border connections.
8. Engage and support isolated project workers in the border region of Ireland.
Role Requirements
1. Training and Facilitation Skills
* Develop supportive relationships with project partners.

* Deliver partnership-specific sessions on emerging themes.
* Facilitate linkages and collaboration among project partners.
* Serve as a resource for information and signposting.
* Deliver regional cluster group sessions to strengthen cross-border ties.
* Support isolated project workers in Ireland's border region.
2. Building and Maintaining Relationships
* Establish strategic links to connect project participants with career and progression services.
* Promote and signpost to employment services in the border region.
3. Project Management
* Represent the YIP team in external networks.
* Follow PEACEPLUS communication rules, including logo use.
* Plan, promote, and deliver the "Young Voices Events".
* Coordinate meetings with career and education services in Ireland.
* Create progression-focused e-zines and deliver 3 Young Voices events.
4. Administration and Organisation
* Record meetings and participate in team updates.
* Support evaluation system implementation.
* Organize training events, resources, and online materials.
Required Experience
* Minimum 3 years in a youth work setting.
* Experience in partnership building and delivering training.
* Knowledge of cross-border peacebuilding or related work.
* Willingness to travel within Ireland and Northern Ireland.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Teams.
Qualifications
* Relevant third-level qualification or recognized youth work qualification.
* Full clean driver's license and access to a car.
