Responsibilities:
* Provide Assessment and Interventions to Older Persons with a variety of Rehabilitation needs.
* Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
* Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
* Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
* Provide guidance and support to junior therapists and occupational therapy assistants.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
* CORU registration.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in rehabilitation.
* Experience working in a Rehabilitation setting is desirable and work experience post-qualification is essential.
* Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
* Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
* All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
* International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
