The role of a Service Delivery Manager involves overseeing the successful execution of complex installation, commissioning and maintenance services. This includes enhancing efficiency and optimizing processes to deliver high-quality service through effective planning and control.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and lead all activities in accordance with established processes and procedures.
* Operate within a customer-focused environment, responding to emergency call-outs as needed.
* Liaise with technical support teams to resolve issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Maintain accurate records using a mobile web-based application.
Requirements
* Proven experience in supporting delivery of maintenance services, installation, testing and commissioning of MV/LV switchgear and balance of plant.
* Proficient IT user of Microsoft Office applications and ability to work with portable devices.
* Full clean driving license.
