Process Optimization Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive process improvements and customer satisfaction in our medical device/component manufacturing site in Co. Roscommon, Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technical initiatives, eliminating waste, and collaborating with customers on product development and complaint resolutions.
* Technical lead for assigned production areas, ensuring high performance in yield, uptime, and quality.
* Drive and support continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
* Investigate customer complaints and internal non-conformances, implementing effective root cause and corrective actions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to introduce and validate new technologies, processes, and equipment.
* Support the transfer and scale-up of new products, ensuring documentation, training, and process readiness.
* Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
* Promote a data-driven, hands-on approach to process optimization.
* Maintain full compliance with GMP, ISO standards, 6S, and site safety systems.
* Contribute to the development of technical capabilities across the team through training and mentorship.
