A Trainee Manager is required to join a team in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise the activities of the sales team and ensure necessary tasks are completed to an appropriate level.
2. Evaluate customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Implement initiatives to exceed customer expectations, ensuring a safe and sustainable environment.
3. Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills at all times. Delegating effectively with the sales team, communicate efficiently with colleagues regarding store operations. Oversee new employee inductions and training programs. Collaborate with management on sales performance metrics. Monitor adherence to operational policies, conduct thorough merchandise displays that appeal to customers while maintaining competitive standards. Ensure food safety procedures adhere throughout stores across Galway Co.
