Job Summary
This position performs mechanical repairs, diagnosis and troubleshooting of LCV & HGV
Responsibilities
* Performs repairs on standard transmission & automatic vehicles.
* Maintenance & repairs of all UPS vehicles
* Carry out 8 weekly safety inspections on HGV.
* Carry out diagnostics/troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical faults.
* Carry out yearly stock take.
* Complete online daily timecard & service history
* Complete digital safety inspection sheets & Pmi sheets.
* Completed all CVRT & CVRT voluntary test with first time pass rate.
* Working to RSA guidance/standards for all repairs.
Qualifications
* Must meet local age and license requirements.
* B License required – C license - preferred
* Possesses complete set of hand tools.
* Fleet diesel experience - Preferred.
* QQI level 6 motor mechanics craft certificate or EU equivalent – required.
