A fast-growing, award-winning financial services firm in Dublin is seeking an
Assistant Financial Advisor
to join its expanding team. This is a newly created role driven by continued business growth and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop within a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Role Summary:
The successful candidate will work closely with a team of experienced Financial Advisors, with clear development pathways to progress into an advisory role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Support (Approx. 80%):
* Manage new investment and pension applications from offer through to account opening
* Administer group pension and employee benefits schemes
* Prepare presentations, reports, and financial advice for both corporate and individual clients
* Progress toward providing regulated financial advice on pensions and investments
* Handle inbound client queries professionally and efficiently
* Demonstrate awareness of compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., CPC, AML, data protection)
Business Development & Operational Support (Approx. 20%):
* Identify and act on opportunities within the existing client base
* Assist with compliance and administrative duties across the business
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic business projects
* Assist in the development of sales proposals and marketing initiatives
* Participate in promotional events such as Pensions Awareness Week
REQUIREMENTS:
* Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation is essential
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in investments and pensions
* Ability to work independently and anticipate client/team needs
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
