Leadership Opportunity in Early Years Education
Parkview Creche is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our brand-new early years service in Leixlip, Co. Kildare.
This key leadership role requires a dynamic and seasoned professional who can manage and operate the new service, ensuring high-quality education and care programmes are delivered with excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for operational management, developing and implementing daily operations, and driving the delivery of a child-centric curriculum aligned with Aistear and Síolta principles.
They will also act as the Designated Child Protection Liaison Person, fostering strong relationships with parents, promoting services, and conducting viewings and inquiries.
Additionally, they will oversee staff management, including recruitment, training, and performance, while maintaining a culture of best practice.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of FETAC/QQI level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent, relevant experience, and exceptional leadership skills.
They will also demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills, proficiency in Excel & Word, and the ability to manage and supervise a team.
* Operational Management: Ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulations and guidelines.
* Responsibility for developing, delivering, and managing daily operations of the Service.
* Curriculum and Practice: Implement and develop a high-quality child-centric curriculum that meets Aistear and Síolta standards.
* Act as Designated Child Protection Liaison Person and ensure child safety and well-being.
* Build strong relationships with parents and maintain open communication.
* Promote and market services, conduct viewings and inquiries, and contribute to overall service development.
