LED Global Job Advertisement Accounts and Inventory Control Assistant Location: Athlone, Ireland Hours:8:00 am 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday LED Global is seeking a reliable and practical Accounts and Inventory Control Assistant to strengthen our office team in Athlone. We are looking for someone who can manage day-to-day accounts and administration tasks, while also providing support with stock planning and ensuring smooth business operations. Responsibilities Preparing and issuing customer invoices. Inputting supplier invoices into the accounting system. Processing national and international bank payments. Operating Sage Payroll for employees. Using Sage 50 Accounts for bookkeeping and reporting. Supporting payroll, invoicing, and purchase invoices, as well as other LED Global tasks. Assisting with stock control and stock forecasting to help maintain appropriate stock levels in the warehouse. Occasional support with purchasing to ensure correct supply levels, particularly in line with the needs of our new website. Requirements Proven experience in an office or accounts role. Proficiency with Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll. A practical approach with the ability to get tasks done without unnecessary complication. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good organisational and communication skills. Fluency in English. German would be a strong advantage, but is not essential. A clean category drivers licence is an advantage but not essential. What We Offer A stable, full-time role (8am 5pm, Monday to Friday).
