Job Description
As a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional, you will play a pivotal role in designing security solutions for scale and building zero-trust building blocks to enhance end-to-end layered security maturity.
This position requires outstanding individuals with excellent intellectual and analytical capabilities, entrepreneurial problem-solving skills, strong communication and influencing abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing and implementing IAM and CIAM security design and resiliency changes with aggressive execution timelines.
* Working closely with business and architect groups to lead the future state of scalable IAM architecture change journey and building block for adaptive identity framework.
* Evaluating technology products/services that align with the roadmap supporting evolving business IAM demands.
* Engaging with all levels of the organization, driving collaboration and trust, and ensuring practical strategic priorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Deliverable scalability IAM solutions aligned with Zero trust building blocks, scalable, resilient cyber services architecture, and monitoring infrastructure.
* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing large-scale change initiatives.
* Strong communication skills to promote critical wins and new behaviors throughout the organization.
* Collaborative work style with the ability to effectively interact with and earn the trust of peers, CTO, development teams across the organization.
* Self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work, and passion for delivering results.
