About the Role:
As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality care to young people in a residential setting.
This role involves promoting independence, person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
You will work closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents, using your skills and knowledge to make a real difference in their lives.
A successful candidate will have a minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area, clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking, and working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures.
In addition, the ideal candidate will have a full clean manual driving license and experience in risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care.
