The Role of the Swedish speaking Sales Account Executive
As a Swedish speaking Sales Account Executive, you will work with investment clients from Sweden who have expressed interest in the company's services. You will identify the needs of the client, introduce them to the full range of company services and organise a meeting with regional sales partners. There is no cold calling - investors have already made contact to the company and expressed an interest.
The job will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Follow up on client interest in the products to understand their need and interests
2. Communicate the company's value proposition to high-net-worth investors and arrange meetings with regional sales partners
3. Contribute to firm growth while improving clients' financial well-being
4. Receive warm leads from our marketing team—no cold calling required
Candidate Profile, Skills and Background
5. Fluency in Swedish and English
6. Some previous sales experience or a strong passion for a sales career
7. Proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals, working to targets
8. A competitive, sales focused personality is essential
9. Ability to earn trust and act in clients' best interests
10. Excellent communication skills
Salary & Benefits
11. Base salary of €34,500/€37,000 per annum + uncapped commission - OTE €90,000
12. 1/4 extra bonus target €rewards
13. 28 days annual leave, with the option to purchase up to 3 additional days, plus up to 11 paid holidays
14. Relocation package of €8,000 to relocate to Dublin if necessary
