We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their Healthcare team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a market-leading Healthcare team, acting for defendants, primarily on behalf of private insurers. The role involves managing a varied caseload of high-value clinical negligence claims.
The solicitor will also draft and review pleadings, witness statements and correspondence, and carry out legal research. Additional duties include liaising with various stakeholders, attending hearings, mediations and settlement meetings.
Essential Criteria:
* 1-5 years' PQE;
* Healthcare / medical negligence background;
* Excellent academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Strong communication skills;
* Ability to work independently and as a team;
* Strong work ethic.
