Our client is a leading financial wellbeing provider looking to hire an Assistant Financial Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about financial education and client support to join a growing team focused on improving employee financial wellness across a wide range of industries. In this role, you'll be delivering seminars (online and in person), providing one-to-one financial guidance to employees, and supporting regulated advisers in managing client portfolios. Its a mix of education, coaching, and technical support - ideal for someone who enjoys variety and making a real difference in peoples financial lives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging financial education seminars, webinars, and podcasts on a wide range of financial topics. Support the development and improvement of educational content, including researching relevant and timely financial topics. Conduct one-to-one guidance calls with employees, offering support on: Occupational and private pension schemes, Personal financial planning and protection, and Goal-based financial planning. Collaborate with regulated financial advisers to provide administrative and technical support. Maintain client engagement through clear communication and proactive support. Manage adviser diaries and schedules using internal systems. Stay informed of changes in financial legislation (e.g., pensions, tax, investments). Experience & Qualifications: Hold a QFA qualification or be working towards it. Experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to pensions, protection, investments, or employee benefit schemes. Confident presenter, with experience delivering educational content to various audiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - able to explain financial concepts clearly and simply.
