OverviewOpportunity for Electrical Supervisor for Dublin to join our Life Scienece team.
Electrical Supervisor oversees, coordinates, and supervises all electrical activities on-site on one of our pharma / advanced tech facility projects to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant installations and turnover of the electrical systems.
The Electrical Supervisor acts as the technical lead for the electrical team and ensures work is carried out to high quality standards in accordance with the project specification, current regulations, best practises and client requirements.
Electrical supervisor who has good foundation on fire alarms,BMS, and access control.
Programme, high quality of installation, general health and safety, electrical specific safety and cohesive on the ground team leadership are all of critical importance to Sisk.
ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead electrical sub-contractors / specialist electrical / technical sub-contractorsSchedule of contacts for each sub (Name and mobile and e-mail) from foremen to PMs to CMs to directors – even MD.Structure from the sub as to who is managing what exactly from CM – PM – supervisors to foremen.Fully detailed M&E Procurement schedule (showing all equipment, date for submittals date for delivery, latest date for approval / delivery) Any items not ordered??
?Builders work schedule (any opes, plinths, etc)Co-ordinated drawing production schedule / Co-ordinated model delivery dateM&E overall Programme marked up with progress / slippage.2 weeks look ahead programme / 4 week look ahead programme.Master trackers.
Electrical built from containment requirements and cable schedules and panel numbers, check, and mark up weekly.Compile Issues listRFI schedule – any design clarifications requiredDaily workforce on site review (by trade and type i.e., apprentice trades supervisors etc).RAMS schedule (all as signed off and being used properlyProject energisation plan (are we going live with any energies if so LOTO plans, room access plans and permits to work / limitation of access)System handover plan – Green tag plan for each system shown in programme or excel form so targets for each system are clearCommissioning plan (ITP) and programme (all specialists and names and contacts of same to be listed).
Periods required for each of the testing activities – some are sub direct and some are specialist dependant.Turnover plan – the index agreed, the documents to be populated to each system folder and the overall system folder layout so handover to CQV is easierSnagging / punchlist plan – i.e., the subs plan to snag their own work and offer areas for closure (walls ceilings voids etc) – W1s W2s W3sClean as you go plan reviewParticipate in a management capacity the walkdowns, commissioning, testing, and turnover of electrical systems.ExperienceManagement experience and expertise is required in the following areas relative to Lifesciences and Advanced Technology projects and managing specialist sub-contractors:
