About the Role

We operate a small group of businesses across the training and tourism sectors. We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Business Growth Coordinator to help drive revenue, visibility, and operational effectiveness. The role will primarily support our training business, with some involvement in our tourism businesses as required.

This is a mid–senior role for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and working closely with decision-makers in a flexible, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive new business and revenue growth, particularly through online training course sales
* Develop, launch, and optimise advertising campaigns across all relevant channels (social media, Google Ads, website, email, and emerging platforms)
* Lead social media activity with a clear focus on engagement, reach, and conversion
* Improve website performance through SEO-led content, structure, and optimisation
* Identify new marketing opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand reach
* Support sales activity through lead management, pipeline oversight, and follow-up
* Ensure smooth operational delivery by overseeing course documentation and digital systems
* Provide cross-business support, primarily within the training business, with some involvement in the tourism business during peak or project-based periods
* General admin to aid in smooth operations of business

About You

* Proven experience in marketing, digital growth, or commercial support roles
* Strong understanding of paid and organic digital marketing channels
* Confident managing websites and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Squarespace)
* Commercially focused, organised, and comfortable taking initiative
* Able to work independently and manage priorities across multiple businesses

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From €20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
