Site Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our large-scale housing project. This role provides the opportunity to work on a significant development with a top-tier contractor and be part of a team with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.
About the Role:
* The Site Manager will assist the Project Manager in day-to-day management of residential construction projects.
This includes monitoring progress, quality and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and on-site teams to ensure timely completion of works.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in site management, preferably within the residential sector. They must possess strong organisational and communication skills, along with knowledge of health & safety regulations.
