We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full commercial management of projects, including managing budgets and tracking costs.

* The postholder will provide commercial guidance to project stakeholders and oversee variations and compensation events.
* Mentoring junior staff is also a key part of this role.
About Our Client:
The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years' experience in Quantity Surveying after graduation, preferably with large-scale construction site experience. An MSCSI or working towards chartership would be highly regarded
