Duties: Review AutoCAD, designs, and client directives to create construction plans for your team. Choose tools, materials, and equipment while monitoring inventory. Oversee construction sites to ensure compliance with plans and safety standards. Lead and coordinate workers and subcontractors. Meet deadlines while staying within budget. Report project progress to management and prepare audit documentation. Supervise all onsite and offsite construction to ensure adherence to building and safety regulations. Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant trade background required. A minimum of 3 Years experience in a similar role. Proven track record of having led teams on large projects. Experience working on Large Industrial and Commercial projects would be advantageous. The successful candidate must be in Ireland or the UK at present and be eligible to work in Ireland without requiring a work permit.
