Job Opportunity for Site Manager
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned construction professional with a degree in Construction Management or a trade background, accompanied by previous site management experience.
* Collaborate with contracts managers to ensure seamless project execution
* Manage on-site construction activities to meet project milestones
* Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades personnel
* Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards
* Maintain quality control and adhere to project specifications
* Monitor project expenses and optimize resource utilization
* Minimum 2 years of construction experience as a site manager/foreman/senior engineer
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules effectively
* c€65k-€90k depending on experience
* 21+ days annual leave
