Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages in line with company standards.
Keep the coffee station and seating areas clean, organised, and well maintained.
Adhere to all hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to customers.
Process payments and operate POS systems accurately.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Barista Requirements: Previous experience as a barista or in a cafe setting is desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Well-presented, punctual, and dependable.
Manual Handling or HACCP certification needed (training can be facilitated if required).
