A leading global FinTech company, headquartered in Ireland, with approximately 450 employees worldwide and annual revenues in the hundreds of millions of dollars, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team.This is a critical, high-impact role with full responsibility for the company's global financial strategy, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors. The CFO will play a central role in ensuring financial strength, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth in a highly regulated environment.Responsibilities:· Lead and own the company's global financial strategy in line with business objectives and regulatory requirements· Full responsibility for all financial functions: Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Compliance, Risk, Capital Adequacy, and Internal Controls· Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and global financial reporting under IFRS and applicable local GAAP· Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, including preparation of Board and Audit Committee materials· Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, including (as applicable):o Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) requirementso MiFID II / MiFIRo EMIRo PSD2o AML / CTF frameworks· Oversee regulatory reporting, capital and liquidity planning, and ongoing supervisory interactions· Manage relationships with regulators, auditors, banks, and external advisors· Support strategic initiatives such as international expansion, licensing, M&A, and corporate restructuring· Strengthening corporate governance, financial policies, and internal control frameworks· Lead and develop a global finance organization, including senior finance and compliance leadersRequirements:· Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a global FinTech, financial services, or regulated technology company· Hands-on experience working in regulated environments, preferably under the Central Bank of Ireland or other EU regulators· Strong understanding of EU and Irish financial regulatory frameworks, capital requirements, and reporting obligations· Experience managing revenues in the hundreds of millions of dollars· Demonstrated experience working with Boards, Audit Committees, and regulators· Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on execution approach· Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills· Fluency in English (written and spoken)· CPA / ACCA / CFA – strong advantageWhy Join Us?Executive-level role in a well-established, fast-growing global FinTech companyDirect influence on corporate strategy, regulatory posture, and financial performanceInternational, dynamic, and innovative environmentHighly competitive compensation and benefits package
