We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technology Project Coordinator to the CIO who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on technical execution.This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting the dots across DevOps, cloud architecture (AWS), software delivery, database performance & tuning, and agile project management—and who wants to help drive meaningful change in a fast-paced IT landscape.What You’ll Be DoingStrategic & Operational SupportPartner closely with the CIO to manage and track IT strategic initiatives, priorities, and outcomes to create efficiencies.Coordinate across development, infrastructure, security, and data teams to support project delivery and performance reporting.Lead the development of clear, standardised dashboards and insights for IT initiatives.Project Leadership & GovernanceDrive small to mid-size projects from planning to delivery—ensuring visibility, momentum, and measurable outcomes.Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and delivery tracking.Support IT program and project delivery, tracking milestones, KPIs, and risk factors.Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews for critical systems.Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities across IT operations.Cloud & DevOps FocusAct as a technical liaison for AWS-hosted infrastructure—tracking cost, performance, and service usage.Collaborate on DevOps pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC).Monitor and enhance system reliability.CIO Administrative SupportServe as a key liaison between the CIO and technical/project teams.Assist in preparing board-level and senior stakeholder reports, presentations, and briefings.Help manage the CIO’s calendar, communications, and priority workflows.Technical SkillsSolid understanding of DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).Strong knowledge of software development practices, preferably in Agile environments.Experience with SQL databases and DBA tasks, including performance tuning and monitoring.Ability to design and deliver standardised reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).Project & Analytical SkillsMinimum 3–5 years in a Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or PMO-type role.Strong experience with project reporting, financial tracking, and executive-level presentation.Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.Soft SkillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.What We OfferA voice at the leadership table – you’ll work closely with the CIO on high-impact initiatives.Growth opportunities – continuous learning, certifications, and exposure to enterprise transformation.A culture that values diversity – We celebrate different perspectives and life experiences.Work-life flexibility – We understand how life works, and we support flexible work options.Supportive team environment – You’ll be surrounded by professionals who lift each other up.SS&C Technologies is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant for employment or employee on the basis of race, color, religious creed, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status or any other classification protected by applicable discrimination laws.
