BYD Wexford are recruiting a Car Valetor / General Operative to join our busy dealership.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to kick start a bright career in the Motor Industry We have significant number of employees who started in car valeting and progressed to become Master Technicians, Parts Advisors and Sales Executives.
Responsibilities
* Preparing cars for hand over to sales and aftersales customers.
* Washing and cleaning vehicles using specialized tools, cleaning agents, and techniques to ensure a thorough cleaning.
* Polishing and waxing the exterior of vehicles to restore shine and protect the paint.
* Vacuuming and detailing the interior of vehicles, including the upholstery, carpets, and dashboard.
* Cleaning and shining wheels, tires, and rims.
* Inspect vehicles with sales/service person prior to customer handover.
* Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
* Ensure regular stocks of cleaning materials.
Ideal Candidate
* Full clean driver's licence is essential.
* Be able to work well as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team.
* Ability to work in a face paced and busy environment.
