What the day will look like Main responsibilities will be: Create engaging, instructional materials including e-learning modules, live training sessions, videos, help articles, and user guides.
Apply instructional design best practices to ensure clarity and effectiveness across various learning formatsCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) -Work cross-functionally with SMEs and stakeholders to validate learning objectives, ensure technical accuracy, and incorporate feedback into content developmentManage Content Creation and Maintenance- Oversee the end-to-end curriculum development process—from analysis and design to implementation and evaluation—ensuring training materials are consistently updated, accurate, and aligned with business prioritiesLeverage Data and Analytics for Strategy—Monitor usage metrics and client and colleague feedback loops to assess content performance.
Use insights to propose content improvements, expansion strategies, and feature enhancements that drive engagement and learning outcomesDrive Editorial Excellence and Content Quality -Establish content quality standards and auditing practices.
