Job Title: Chef de Partie (Friday to Sunday)
Reports to: Head Chef
At Crown Quarter, we're all about great food, great people, and creating memorable dining experiences in the heart of Wexford.
Jasper's Kitchen is known for its vibrant brunch and lunch offering, focusing on fresh ingredients, quality dishes, and a relaxed but professional service style.
We are now looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our team in Jasper's Kitchen, working Friday to Sunday (8:00am – 4:30pm).
This role is focused on delivering an exceptional brunch and lunch experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys daytime hours, takes pride in producing high-quality, fresh dishes, and thrives in a busy yet supportive kitchen environment that is always striving to improve.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality brunch and lunch dishes, ensuring consistency, flavour, and presentation meet Jasper's standards at all times
Taking ownership of your section, including full preparation, service, and close-down
Supporting smooth and efficient service during busy brunch and lunch periods, maintaining a calm and organised approach
Ensuring excellent food safety, hygiene, and allergen controls, in line with HACCP and company standards
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure prep is completed on time and service runs seamlessly
Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully stocked workstation throughout each shift
Assisting with stock control, deliveries, temperature checks, and proper storage of produce
Supporting a positive team environment by working collaboratively and communicating effectively with colleagues
Leading by example in maintaining high standards and a strong work ethic in the kitchen
Contributing to minimising food waste and supporting efficient kitchen practices
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to progress
A genuine passion for fresh, high-quality food with a keen eye for presentation
Experience or strong interest in brunch and lunch service
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
A positive, reliable team player with strong communication skills
Availability to work Friday to Sunday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
