Senior Quantity Surveyor (Portugal)
Location: Portugal (Data Centre project)
Type: Full-time
Remuneration: €80,000 to €95,000 DOE + generous tax free living allowance, single occupancy accommodation, and expat tax incentives for up to 10 years.
Description: A leading material and construction contractor seeks an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major Data Centre development.
Responsibilities
* Cost Management: measure and price work packages, manage budgets, record variations, and prepare monthly valuations and final accounts.
* Reporting & Meetings: produce monthly reports and participate in commercial and subcontractor meetings.
* Client & Contract Administration: handle client communications, manage disputes, and ensure timely submission of claims and contractual notices.
Qualifications
* Degree in Quantity Surveying.
* 7+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimation.
* Experience on Data Centre projects is beneficial.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and either Buildsoft or Cost X.
* Strong knowledge of MEP and/or CSA bias.
