**Role Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Partner Manager to join our team. This role will involve creating new relationships with businesses in the DACH region and showcasing the value of our unique digital marketing advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and research potential new partner businesses that can benefit from our proposition, delivering personalized product pitches
* Work with existing clients to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create effective marketing plans
* Gain a deep understanding of partners' business goals and offer informed insights to help them succeed
* Develop and maintain a book of business, building long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for clients
* Meet quarterly sales targets and collaborate with the wider sales team to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements:
* Fluent German and English language skills
* Previous sales experience with a focus on relationship-building and client success
* Familiarity with digital marketing terms and metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS
* A track record of meeting sales targets and a desire to drive business growth
