House Manager Job Description
----------------------------------- Job Purpose:
The primary goal of this position is to oversee the daily management and provision of exceptional care for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and practical needs are met while promoting independence. As part of a person-centered approach in co-operation with the PIC (Professional In-Charge), responsibilities include implementing clinical policies & guidelines that support person-centred services aligned with National Quality Standards.
Key Duties:
* Role model a culture within the workplace that supports core values such as kindness.
* Promote client care through evidence-based approaches to maintain high professional standards.
* Coordinate appointments with MDT teams while prioritizing tasks effectively.
The Housing Manager's duties also involve participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction,
,participating actively in education and training courses necessary for ongoing skill development,promptly reporting incidents or concerns involving staff or residents under Embrace’s incident reporting policy.
