* The Role
This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional organisational, operational, and business development skills. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery across all projects, leading and motivating installation crews and office staff, driving efficiency, and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
* Oversee all day-to-day operations, including project planning, scheduling, and staff deployment.
* Lead, support, and motivate staff and installation crews to achieve excellence.
* Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations across all projects.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
* Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and cost control.
* Report directly to the Directors on operations, performance, and opportunities.
* Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the business.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and support market expansion.
We're looking for someone who brings:
* Proven experience in operations, project, or general management (construction/installation sector experience an advantage).
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and get the best from teams.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong commercial awareness and business development experience.
* Excellent communication skills – comfortable liaising with crews, clients, and directors.
* Solid knowledge of health & safety practices and compliance.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on results and solutions.
