Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across production, planning, supply chain and fulfilment.
Manage scheduling, resource allocation and capacity planning to meet customer demand.
Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
Lead and develop operational teams, driving performance and accountability.
Manage stakeholder relationships including customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Lead change initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
Proven experience in operations management within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or production environments.
Strong operational and technical background with hands-on experience managing workflows and processes.
Demonstrated leadership and performance management experience.
Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
Strong influencing ability with a focus on operational improvement and efficiency.
