Job Description:
As a facilities engineer, you will be responsible for providing engineering support and troubleshooting expertise to the facilities operations team. Your tasks will include designing, specifying, and commissioning new and renovated utilities and HVAC equipment. You will also manage small-to-mid-sized projects related to utilities and HVAC equipment services.
Responsibilities may include:
* Designing cGMP clean and grey utilities, and HVAC equipment, piping, ducting, and controls
* Managing projects from initiation to completion
* Conducting troubleshooting and identifying corrective actions
* Assisting in design reviews, site acceptance, and installation of equipment
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities. They will also have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Level 8 qualification in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in engineering, preferably with utilities systems or HVAC experience
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
