Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time, on-site role located at Ashdown Park Hotel in Gorey.
The Restaurant Team Leader will oversee daily operations of The Steakhouse Restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality food and beverage standards.
Responsibilities include monitoring food safety, supervising team members, coordinating staff training, and promoting teamwork to create an outstanding guest dining experience.
The Team Leader will also ensure that operations align with the hotel's commitment to excellence and sustainability.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Food Safety practices and knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
Strong Customer Service skills to deliver memorable dining experiences
Proven capability in Team Leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment
Experience in Training team members to maintain service consistency and excellence
Strong organizational and communication abilities
Relevant experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
