Job Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to manage and grow our customer base, drive transactional sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Your core mission is to increase revenue by providing proactive sales support, maintaining operational efficiency, CRM discipline, and customer engagement.
* Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on revenue growth and retention through regular engagement.
* Generate accurate sales quotes within a 24-hour timeframe.
* Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to manage the full order lifecycle, from purchase order receipt to delivery.
* Log all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Monitor and report on customer responsiveness and activity using CRM tools and engagement metrics.
* Share weekly pricing updates and bi-monthly product news with customers via email and WhatsApp.
* Adhere to service level agreements, including quote turnaround within 24 hours and order entry within 48 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
* 13+ years' experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support (B2B environment preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience with CRM systems
* High attention to detail, accuracy, and operational discipline
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset
* Familiarity with solar products or renewable energy sector is an advantage
